Service Description
Core Service
Notae provides AI-powered processing of ChatGPT export files, converting them into organized Markdown files with summaries and metadata.
Processing Pipeline
Our service includes parsing, clustering, summarization, and packaging of your ChatGPT conversations using various AI models and algorithms.
Output Format
Processed results are delivered as Markdown files with YAML front matter, compatible with Obsidian and other Markdown-based tools.
User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Content Ownership
You must own or have the right to process the ChatGPT export files you upload. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable terms of service.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for illegal activities, to process content you don't have rights to, or to attempt to reverse engineer our processing algorithms.
Payment and Refunds
Payment Terms
Payment is required before processing begins. We accept major credit cards and process payments through Stripe.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the results, contact us for a full refund.
Processing Failures
If processing fails due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a full refund or reprocess your file at no additional cost.
Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
Processing Times
Processing times vary based on file size and current load. We provide estimated times but cannot guarantee exact processing durations.
Service Changes

Limitation of Liability
Notae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
