What file formats do you support?
We support JSON export formats from both ChatGPT and Claude. The format is automatically detected when you upload your file.
How long does processing take?
Processing time depends on the size of your export. Paid tier gets priority processing. Check your dashboard when everything is ready to download.
What happens to my data?
Your data is processed securely and is only stored temporarily during processing. We automatically delete your files after 1 day, and we never share your data with third parties.
Can I upgrade between tiers?
Each export is a one-time purchase. If you want to use features from a higher tier, you can select that tier when uploading your next export.
